Darn forms.

I hate it when you go to a website and you're ready to buy something and then all of a sudden you realize that their website is broken and you can't make the purchase.

Then when you go to write their tech support you realize that the web form doesn't work either!

At that point I typically take my business elsewhere because it means that they haven't spent the time to work through the kinks and/or they don't get much business online!

If you're an online business make sure that you have working links -- especially when someone goes to buy your product!
